I called this location to see if I could get my tires balanced. I was told I could come in with no wait. I waited for 2 hours until my car was even brought into the garage. After a minute I looked out to see how my car was and saw the lift was put onto the side skirts of my car and the side skirts were bending and breaking. The technician did not seem to care and continued working on my car, he took off one of my tires. I then had to tell him to stop and lower my car because the lift was causing terrible damage to my car. When I brought it to his attention he told me that was how he had to lift my car because “that’s how the manufacturer made it”. I left with unbalanced tires and broken body work.

I had an excellent experience at Firestone thanks to Christopher and his team. Christopher was an amazing help from start to finish and kept us informed throughout the entire service. Our car was there for a few days, but he was always clear about what was happening, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure we were updated every step of the way. Christopher and his staff did an outstanding job. I was especially impressed by their professionalism and patience after witnessing them handle a very rude customer who was yelling. They remained calm, respectful, and continued providing great customer service despite the situation. It’s not often you find a team that communicates this well and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this Firestone location and will definitely be returning for future service.

I needed Firestone in an emergency situation. My family was traveling from out of state and we had an unrepairable, flat tire the day before we were supposed to travel home (on a Saturday none the less). I called at 3 to see what they could do and they were able to get me in and put 4 new tires on my car (with alignment) by 6:00pm. To be transparent, we were going to get new tires next month, we just decided to go for it now while wr were there. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Great experience.

I recently had an oil change completed here, but I’ve also used this location for other services in the past. The manager, Matt, and his staff are consistently been kind, friendly, and professional. They are usually very timely and respectful of my schedule, which I really appreciate. Communication has always been great, and they often go the extra mile to check things thoroughly and make sure everything is running properly. It’s hard to find an auto care shop you feel comfortable trusting, and I’ve always found them to be honest and trustworthy. Highly recommend!

Visited this Firestone location today, and was in and out for rotor/brake pad replacement within hours. I worked with service manager Chris, store manager Matt, and technician Luke. I would highly recommend going to this location for prompt and professional service. The price was comparable to other lower quality shops, and it is a convenient location to hangout while your car gets serviced. Location is equipped with a great work station to complete work while you wait, and a nice coffee area!
